A Realization Process class includes meditation awareness, emotions, and physical sensation techniques. This will enable one to begin and or refine the inner explorations that enhance and/or inhibit full embodiment.

Anatomical Exploration of Foundational Grounding
In this educational and interactive session we will explore the anatomy and function of the respiratory diaphragm, eye sockets, throat, heart, and pelvis. The class is intended to help participants feel and understand the connections and resting points within their bodies, promoting a deeper awareness and relaxation. Viewer questions and anatomical illustrations enrich this exploration of the Realization Process practice Foundational Grounding and its role in physical and emotional rest.
